From app developers: Name, email address, app information, and payment details provided during registration.

From end users (via the SDK):

• Device type and operating system version (for compatibility)
• Network connection type (WiFi/cellular)
• Anonymized device identifier
• Bandwidth usage statistics

We do NOT collect: Personal user data, browsing history, location data, contacts, messages, photos, or any personally identifiable information from end users.

3. How We Use Data

• To operate and optimize the bandwidth sharing network
• To calculate developer revenue
• To monitor network health and prevent abuse
• To communicate with developers about their accounts

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Anonymized, aggregated network data may be shared with business partners for legitimate purposes such as market research and web analytics.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. All network communications are encrypted using TLS.

6. Data Retention

Developer account data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 12 months. Anonymized network data is retained for up to 90 days.
