1. Acceptance of Terms

By integrating the FlairCraft SDK into your application or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FlairCraft provides a software development kit (SDK) that enables Android app developers to earn revenue by sharing idle bandwidth from their users' devices. The SDK operates in the background with minimal resource usage.

3. Developer Obligations

• You must disclose the use of FlairCraft SDK in your app's privacy policy.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and app store policies.
• You must not modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the SDK.
• You are responsible for ensuring your app complies with Google Play policies.

4. Revenue and Payments

• Revenue is calculated based on Monthly Active Users (MAU) and bandwidth contributed.
• Payments are made monthly via bank transfer, UPI, or PayPal.
• FlairCraft reserves the right to adjust revenue rates with 30 days notice.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

5. Data and Privacy

The SDK does not collect personal user data. It processes network requests in a privacy-preserving manner. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The FlairCraft SDK and all associated materials are the property of FlairCraft. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the SDK in your applications.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must remove the FlairCraft SDK from your application. Outstanding payments will be settled within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlairCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FlairCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
